Horrible experience and horrible customer service

I am upset and angry in the same time with this company! I spend so much money on this website and paid do much on post to receive a big mess , the box was looking likr it's been in a war , products where not wrapped in any way to be secure, i received items cracked, open and exposed . I contacted this so said company and i got one reply back asking for pictures and after that no one messaged me back ! This is just absolutely disgusting. I own a small business, i have 3 kids and a life . I do not have money growing up trees and i can not accept this kind of deliverys. No i do not recommend this company at all ! Oh and to add to all this i had to bin almost half the items i brought because there where exposed and i cannot do my products. This is a company that should support and help small bussiness instead you put me to spend more money on a better shop and had to rebuy almost all this products all over again . Shame on you !!! Horrible company!!!
