Fluorescent (NEON) Yellow water soluble cosmetic powder dye
Dissolves in water. Stable 'fluorescent' greenish-yellow in melt-n-pour soaps and most foaming aqueous products. Stable to high pH, so can be used in CP soap-making. Very fine powder that goes a long way.
